What is a vTRON reservation?

The reservation gets you one step closer to owning your vTRON, by securing your place in line to submit a  purchase order. Once your unit is assembled, you will be contacted by Xoran to complete and submit your purchase order, which is expected to occur several months before your scheduled delivery date.

How do I reserve a Xoran vTRON?

Reserve yours today through the online reservation process. The simple process will walk you through three easy steps: choose your delivery year, enter your information, and confirm your reservation agreement. Limitations may apply.

Is the reservation fee refundable?

Yes, your fee is refundable if you cancel your reservation prior to completing and submitting your purchase order. You may cancel your reservation by contacting your Xoran approved sales manager or by calling 800-709-XORAN. After your cancellation request is approved, please allow up to 30 business days for refunds to be processed.

When will I get my Xoran vTRON?

Xoran expects vTRON production to begin Fall 2021. When your system is about to be assembled, you will place your purchase order with your assigned veterinary sales manager, and receive approximate timing for delivery.

I completed my Xoran vTRON reservation. What's next?

Your designated Xoran Veterinary Sales manager will contact you when it is time to order your vTRON. At that time, you will complete a purchase order, which confirms your order details such as the color, trim options, price of your system, and an estimated delivery date.

Where can I get a copy of my reservation agreement?

Your reservation agreement is available and can be printed or saved at the end of the online reservation process. If you did not save or print your reservation agreement at the time you submitted your online reservation, you may contact your Xoran for a copy of your reservation agreement confirmation.
